5-Deadlift Progression | Exercises to Build Strong Bones with Rachel and Jilian


Rachel and Jilian demonstrate different deadlift exercises. You actually probably are doing deadlifts in your everyday life like picking up your backpack from the bed or floor. The exercises featured are listed below in order of appearance. Perform each exercise for 8 to 12 repetitions. Start with just a pole. If that is easy move on to low weights and progress to more weight once the weight is easy for 12 repetitions. Watch your form as demonstrated. Stop at anytime if you feel uncomfortable.
