Even though I do not have a family history of Osteoporosis, I am still at risk.

Vitamin D helps build strong bones. I can get Vitamin D from 15 minutes of direct sunlight a day, foods fortified with Vitamin D, and Vitamin D supplements.

I want to continue playing sports and staying active to live a long healthy life.
